William van den Herik, 85, died Nov. 10. He was born in the Netherlands and was a member of the Dutch Resistance during World War II. He was a member of Sixth Reformed Church, North Haledon. Survivng are his wife, 4 sons, 4 grandchildren, and a brother Leendert Vanden Herick of Australia. Five siblings, Cornelius, Teunis, Peter, Adain and Wilhelmina are deceased. Services were Nov. 14 at Vander Plaat-Vermeulen Memorial Home, Franklin Lakes, with interment in George Washington Memorial Cemetery, Paramus.1
