Kenneth Ras, 83, died Feb. 24. He was born in the Netherlands and came to the US in 1958. Before retiring 18 yrs ago, he was a platform manager for Johanna Farms, Hawthorne, where he worked for 25 yrs. He was a member of the Hawthorne Gospel Church. Survivng are his wife, Clara (Bakker), 6 children, and 2 siblings, Cornelia Wakker and Stiene Vonk, both from teh Netherlands. Services were 28 Feb at Browning-Forshay Funeral Home, Hawthorne.1
