Jacobus Kole1

     Jacobus Kole was born in 1882 in Netherlands.1 He married Elizabeth Douma. Jacobus Kole died on 8 June 1965 in Saddle Brook Township, Bergen County, New Jersey, (Saddle Brook Hospital).1 He was buried on 11 June 1965 in Fair Lawn (Fair Lawn Memorial Cemetery).1

Jacobus Kole, 83, of 367 N. 9th Street, died Tuesday in Saddle Brook Hospital after a long illness. his wife, the former Elizabeth Douma, died 5 yrs ago. Born in the Netherlands, he came to Paterson in 1906. He resided in Hawthorne 5 yrs before making his home in Prospect Park. He was a member of the prospect Park Reformed Church. Funeral services will be held at the Vermeulen Memorial Funeral Home, 131 Haledon Ave., Paterson. The Rev. James R. Kok, pastor of the Prospect Park reformed Church will officiate. Interment will be in Fair Lawn Memorial Cemetery. Surviving are a sister Mrs Philip (Martina) Michaelson of Prospect Park, and two brothers: Cornelius of Prospect Park and John of Wayne.1
