     The City Housing Corporation has transferred the one-family house at 2 Aberdeen Place, Radburn to Oliver W Gatchell of Westerleigh, SI.9

Oliver W Gatchell was born in 1899 in Indiana.2 He married Margaret H in 1922.2 Oliver W Gatchell appeared on the 1930 Census as the head of household at 2 Aberdeen Place, with Margaret H as wife, and their children John H and Oliver W.2 The value of the house was $11,500.2 Oliver W Gatchell was a civil engineer at the Electric Co. in New York.2,3 He did not own a radio in 1930.2 Oliver W Gatchell was a Veteran of the World War.2 Oliver W Gatchell and Margaret H Gatchell moved before 1935 away from Radburn, as there was no longer an entry in the directory.5

Sidney W Fay married Harriet D.4,6,8 Sidney W Fay was a salesman in 1933-1937, and in 1939-41 resp. an executive assistant and a marketer in New York, NY.4,7,8 Sidney W Fay moved before 1935 from 340B Plaza Road North to 2 Aberdeen Place, and before 1941 to 341 Howard Ave.5,8
