     The City Housing Corporation announced the sale a house at 8 Aberdeen Place, Radburn, New Jersey to Herbert C Yahraes Jr formerly of Baton Rouge, LA.⁹

Herbert C Yahraes Jr was born in 1905 in Pennsylvania.² He married Genevieve in 1929.² Herbert C Yahraes Jr appeared on the 1930 Census as the head of household at 8 Aberdeen Place, with Genevieve as wife.² The value of the house was $9,500.² Herbert C Yahraes Jr was an assoc. editor of a newspaper.² He owned a radio in 1930.² Herbert C Yahraes Jr and Genevieve Yahraes moved before 1933 away from Radburn, as there was no longer an entry in the directory.⁴

Neill N Payne was born in 1891 in New York.¹⁰ He married Florence E in 1914.¹⁰ Neill N Payne was a manager (linoleum), and in 1931-35 an assistant manager in New York.^10,3 He owned a radio in 1930.¹⁰ Neill and his wife Florence had two children, Robert and Janet.¹⁰ Before coming to Radburn Neill lived in New York City.¹¹ Neill N Payne moved before 1933 from 305 Plaza Road North to 8 Aberdeen Place.^11,4 They moved before 1935 to Ridgewood.⁵

Leopold Frankel married Esther S.⁵ Leopold Frankel was an accountant in Paterson.⁵
