     The City Housing Corporation announced the sale a house at 8 Aberdeen Place, Radburn, New Jersey to Herbert C Yahraes Jr formerly of Baton Rouge, LA.9

Herbert C Yahraes Jr was born in 1905 in Pennsylvania.2 He married Genevieve in 1929.2 Herbert C Yahraes Jr appeared on the 1930 Census as the head of household at 8 Aberdeen Place, with Genevieve as wife.2 The value of the house was $9,500.2 Herbert C Yahraes Jr was an assoc. editor of a newspaper.2 He owned a radio in 1930.2 Herbert C Yahraes Jr and Genevieve Yahraes moved before 1933 away from Radburn, as there was no longer an entry in the directory.4

Neill N Payne was born in 1891 in New York.10 He married Florence E in 1914.10 Neill N Payne was a manager (linoleum), and in 1931-35 an assistant manager in New York.10,3 He owned a radio in 1930.10 Neill and his wife Florence had two children, Robert and Janet.10 Before coming to Radburn Neill lived in New York City.11 Neill N Payne moved before 1933 from 305 Plaza Road North to 8 Aberdeen Place.11,4 They moved before 1935 to Ridgewood.5

Leopold Frankel married Esther S.5 Leopold Frankel was an accountant in Paterson.5
