     The City Housing Corporation sold a one-family house at 9 Aberdeen Place, Radburn, New Jersey, to Walker E Morison of Scarsdale, NY.⁹

H. W. Morison, the occupant of 9 Aberdeen Place was the sales manager for the City Housing Corporation.¹⁰ Walker moved before April 1930 away from Radburn, as there was no entry in the census or directory.

Stephen E Washer married Anna B.⁴ Stephen E Washer was an (auto) salesman in Paterson.³ Stephen E Washer moved before 1933 to Ridgewood.⁴

Patrick A Boeuquardez married Mary M.⁴ Patrick A Boeuquardez was a salesman.⁴ On 28 June 1933 the New York Times reported, that Albert P Bourquardez conveyed to Garden Estates, Inc a house mortgaged at $9,800 at 9 Aberdeen Place.¹¹ Patrick A Boeuquardez moved before 1935 away from Radburn, as there was no longer an entry in the directory.⁵

Charles B Huffman was born in 1898 in New Jersey.¹³ He married Frances in 1924.¹³ Charles B Huffman died before 1939.⁷ Charles B Huffman was a stocks and bond broker, in 1931 a clerk, and in 1935 an auditor in New York.^13,3,5 Charles and his wife Frances had a son Charles.¹³ He owned a radio in 1930.¹³ Charles Huffman was a Veteran of the World War.¹³ Charles B Huffman and Frances Huffman moved before 1935 from 201-B22 Abbott Road to 9 Aberdeen Place, then Frances moved before 1939 to 342A Plaza Road North, and before 1939 to 201-C21 Abbott Road.⁵

Clarence M Zener married Ruby L.⁷ Clarence M Zener was a teacher in New York.⁷ Clarence M Zener moved before 1941 to Washington.⁸
