     The City Housing Corporation sold a one-family house at 5 Arlington Place, Radburn to Nicholas Allen Avera, formerly of Paterson.8

Nicholas Avera was born in 1905 in North Carolina.9 Nicholas Avera was a commercial traveller (tobacco) and in 1931 a salesman in Paterson.2,9 Nicholas and his wife Edna had a son Vernon.9 Nicholas Avera moved before 1933 away from Radburn, as there was no longer an entry in the directory.3

William M Knott married Edith L.3 William M Knott was a radio engineer.3
