     The City Housing Corporation sold a house at 4 Brearley Crescent, Radburn to John Marshall of Corona, LI.9

John Marshall was born in 1888 in New York.2 He married Ethel in 1910.2 John Marshall appeared on the 1930 Census as the head of household at 4 Brearley Crescent, with Ethel as wife, and their children James, Donald and John.2 The value of the house was $11,000.2 John Marshall was a construction superintendant at the City Housing Corporation in Radburn. In 1937 he was the Fire Chief of the FLFD at Gardiner Road.2,3,6 He owned a radio in 1930.2 John Marshall and Ethel Marshall moved before 1939 to Glen Rock.7
