     The City Housing Corporation sold the house at 1 Burnham Place, Radburn to Stanley G Timmerman of Lake Hopatcong.9

Stanley G Timmerman was born in 1890 in Illinois.2 He married Mary A in 1923.2 Stanley G Timmerman appeared on the 1930 Census as the head of household at 1 Burnham Place, with Mary A as wife, and their children Stanley and Joan M. Enumerated with him was Margaret Beuree, servant.2 The value of the house was $8,300.2 Stanley G Timmerman was a sales engineer (electric mfg) in New York.2,3 He owned a radio in 1930.2 Stanley G Timmerman was a Veteran of the World War.2 Stanley G Timmerman and Mary A Timmerman moved before 1935 from 1 Burnham Place to 15 Barry Place.

Harry C Lutes married Isabella P.5 Harry C Lutes was a salesman, and his wife was in 1935 a beautician in Paterson.5

He married Georgia F.6 William M Cozine was a traffic manager in Passaic.6 William M Cozine Jr was listed as student.8
William M Cozine Jr served in the Army Air Corps, He was an Aviation Cadet.10,11 William M Cozine Jr died on 6 February 1943 in near Beach Grove.11 His obituary appeared in the Tuckerman Record, Tuckerman, Jackson County, Arkansas.11 Mary A Cozine was listed as student.12
