     The City Housing Corporation sold the one-family house at 13 Bolton Place, Radburn to Walter K Hase.8

Walter K Hase was born in 1892 in New York.9 He married Ida in 1920.2,9 Walter K Hase was an interior decorator in New York.2,9 Walter and his wife Ida had two daughters, Elisabeth and Doris.9 Walter K Hase and Ida Hase moved before 1933 from 13 Bolton Place to 2 Bedford Place.3
