Elizabeth Apol1

     Elizabeth Apol was born in 1855 in Netherlands.1 She married Henry Apol in 1877.1,2 Elizabeth Apol died on 7 January 1937 in Ridgewood, Bergen County, New Jersey, (162 Lincoln Ave).1 She was buried in Brooklyn (Evergreen Cemetery).1
     Elizabeth Apol immigrated in 1892.1

Elisabeth Apol, widow of the late Henry Apol, and mother of Mrs. George Schrank of 162 Lincoln Ave, died at the home of her daughter on Thursday morning, January 7, after an illness of 2 months. Mrs. Apol, who was in her 82nd year, was born in Holland and came to this country at the age of 36. She lived in Brooklyn, NY, until about 6 yrs ago, when she took up her residence in Ridgewood. She is survived by 4 daughters, Mrs. Schrank, with whom she made her home, Mrs. Anna Kelly of Cliffside, Mrs. Bertha Aarts of Brooklyn, and Mrs. Rose Kulinyi of Port Chester, NY, 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held at her late residence on Monday, the Rev. L. Vandenberg, pastor of the First Presbyterian Church of Paterson, officiating. Interment was in Evergreen Cemetery, Brooklyn.1

NY), son-in-law Ernst Kulinyi (31, b. Hungary) and his wife Rose Kulinyi (27, b. Belgium). They have been married 5 years.3
