Edward Dickson married Shirley.⁴ Edward Dickson was a manager in New York.⁴ Edward Dickson moved before 1935 away from Radburn, as there was no longer an entry in the directory.⁵

     Garden Estates, Inc. sold to Paul Van Duren a brick house mortgaged at $9099.- at 6 Aberdeen Place, Radburn, New Jersey.⁹ On 28 January 1934 the New York Times reported again that a house at 6 Aberdeen Place, Radburn, New Jersey was purchased by Paul Van Duren.¹⁰

Paul Van Duren married Florence L.⁵ Paul Van Duren moved before 1941 from 6 Aberdeen Place to 11 Addison Place.⁸
