George S. Skelton, the occupant of 15 Berkeley Place bought his house in 1932.9

John R Roscow was born in 1904 in New Jersey.2 He married Helen E in 1929.2,3 John R Roscow appeared on the 1930 Census as the head of household at 15 Berkeley Place, with Helen E as wife.2 The value of the house was $10,000.2 John R Roscow was a manager in a silk factory, and in 1931 a superintendant in Paterson.2,3 He owned a radio in 1930.2 John R Roscow and Helen E Roscow moved before 1933 to Paterson.4

George G Skelton married Blanche J.4 George G Skelton was a salesman.4
