Charles Pausley was born in 1888 in New York.2 He married Florentine E in 1922.2 Charles Pausley appeared on the 1930 Census as the head of household at 12 Burlington Place, with Florentine E as wife, and their child Virginia C.2 The value of the house was $13,500.2 Charles Pausley was a traffic supervisor, and in 1931 an engineer at the Telephone Company in New York.2,3 He owned a radio in 1930.2
