     the City Housing Corporation sold a one-family house at 13 Burlington Place in Radburn to J Alan Fletcher of Ridgewood.9

J Alan Fletcher was born in 1891 in New York.2 He married Mildred H in 1916.2 J Alan Fletcher appeared on the 1930 Census as the head of household at 13 Burlington Place, with Mildred H as wife, and their children Hugh A and Gloria.2 The value of the house was $12,800.2 Allan Fletcher was a writer for an advertising agency, and in 1931 a salesman in New York.2,3 He owned a radio in 1930.2 Allan Fletcher moved before 1933 away from Radburn, as there was no longer an entry in the directory.4

Edward C Willcox married James N [sic].4 Edward C Willcox was a salesman.4 Edward C Willcox moved before 1937 away from Radburn, as there was no longer an entry in the directory.6

John M Aherne married Gertrude S.5 John M Aherne was a lawyer in New York.5
