Richard A Lucey was born in 1899 in Massachussetts.11 He married Mary in 1928.11 Richard A Lucey was an electrical engineer (public utility) in New York.11,2 He owned a radio in 1930.11 Richard and his wife Mary had a son Richard.11 Richard A Lucey moved before 1935 from 324B Plaza Road North to 322B Plaza Road North, and before 1937 to 9 Burnham Place.4,5
