     The City Housing Corporation sold the one-family house at 12 Burnham Place, Radburn to Edward F Sinclaire of West Haven, Conn.9

Edward F Sinclaire was born in 1894 in Connecticut.2 Edward F Sinclaire appeared on the 1930 Census as the head of household at 12 Burnham Place, with Emilie C as wife, and their children Emilie M and Sheila.2 The value of the house was $9,900.2 Edward F Sinclaire was a chief clerk for the railroad.2 He owned a radio in 1930.2 Edward F Sinclaire and Emilie C Sinclaire moved before 1931 away from Radburn, as there was no longer an entry in the directory.3

Frederick A Hemsath was born in 1894 in Pennsylvania.11 He married Gertrude in 1923.3,11 Frederick A Hemsath was a physician in New York.3,11 Frederick and his wife Gertrude had two daughters Elisabeth and Emily.11 Frederick A Hemsath and Gertrude Hemsath moved to Maplewood.5

Joseph B Rodgers married Charlotte M.5 Joseph B Rodgers was a teacher in New York.5 Joseph B Rodgers moved before 1937 away from Radburn, as there was no longer an entry in the directory.6
