     The City Housing Corporation has sold a one-family house at 318B Plaza Road North, Radburn to C Russell Menner. He formely lived in an apartment in the development.8

C Russell Menner was born in 1895 in New York.2 C Russell Menner appeared on the 1930 Census as the head of household at 318B Plaza Road North, with Marion as wife, and their child William J.2 The monthly rent was $52.-.2 Russell was in 1930 an architectural draftsman, and in 1931 an architect in Jersey City.2,1 He owned a radio in 1930.2 C Russell Menner was a Veteran of the World War.2 Russell and Marion moved in May 1930 from 318B Plaza Road North to 331 Plaza Road North.8,1

Edward C Haynes was born in 1893 in New Jersey.9 He married Florence E in 1926.1,9 Edward C Haynes was a surveyor in New York.1,9 Edward and his wife Florence had a son Edward.9 Before coming to Radburn Edward and Florence lived in Jersey City.9 Edward C Haynes moved before 1935 from 318B Plaza Road North to 302-E26 Highstreet, and before 1939 to 302-G6 Highstreet.4,6

William J Belay was born in 1909 in New York.10 He married Irma in 1928.1,10 William J Belay was a clerk (real estate). In 1941 he is a clerk at the Radburn Management Corp and also chief of the Fair Lawn Fire Dept, and housing manager in East Paterson and Clifton.1,10,7 Before coming to Radburn William lived in Queens County, New York.10 William J Belay moved before 1935 from 326A Plaza Road North to 318B Plaza Road North.4
