On 28 April 1934 the New York Times reported, that Robert J Cohen conveyed a brick house mortgaged at $8550.- at 5 Aberdeen Place, Radburn, NJ to Garden Estates, Inc.9

William I Thompson married Bertha B.10 William I Thompson was an insurance broker in New York.10 William I Thompson and Bertha B Thompson moved before 1937 from 333 Plaza Road North to 5 Aberdeen Place.6
