     A house at 3 Ashburn Place, Radburn, New Jersey was sold to Sidney Goldberg of West New York, NJ by the City Housing Corporation.9

Sidney Goldberg was born in 1901 in New York.2 He married Edna in 1922.2 Sidney Goldberg appeared on the 1930 Census as the head of household at 3 Ashburn Place, with Edna as wife, and their child Stanley.2 The value of the house was $10,000.2 Sidney Goldberg was a manager of a slipper factory, and in 1931 a manufacturer in Paterson.2,3 Sidney Goldberg was the secretary at the Ridgewood Hardware Co. In 1935 Irving, Louis and Sidney Goldberg are listed as resp. the president, pres.-treasurer and secretary of the same company.4,5 He owned a radio in 1930.2 Sidney Goldberg was a Veteran of the World War.2 Sidney Goldberg and Edna Goldberg moved before 1933 to Suffern.4

Charles H Henders married Herta.4 Charles H Henders was a manager in Paterson.4

Edward J Scheeler was born in 1905 in New York.10 He married Anna in 1927.10 Edward J Scheeler was an engraver (photography).10,3,4 He owned a radio in 1930.10

Anna Scheeler was born in 1905 in New Jersey.10 Anna Scheeler moved before 1935 to Jersey City. Edward J Scheeler and Anna Scheeler moved before 1933 from 302-F23 Highstreet to 3 Ashburn Place, and before 1937 to 11 Aberdeen Place.4,6
