     The City Housing Corporation has sold a one-family house at 12 Berkeley Place in Radburn to William T Roth of Woodcliff.8

William T Roth was born in 1901 in North Carolina.9 He married Elizabeth in 1928.2,9 William T Roth was an assistant (office) manager in New York.2,9 William T Roth moved before 1935 from 12 Berkeley Place to 16 Aberdeen Place.4

Laural L Hull married Eileen F.3 Laural L Hull was a salesman.3 Laural L Hull moved before 1935 from 352B Plaza Road North to 12 Berkeley Place, He is not listed in 1939.4,7

John Feinler married Mary.2 John Feinler was in 1935 and 1937 employed in a garage in Brooklyn, New York. (He probably owned it). In 1939 he was in insurance in New York, and in 1941 an insurance agent.2,7,6
