13 Brighton Place was occupied by Mint M Mays from before the census until after 1941.2,3 He married Mary F in 1891.2 Mint M Mays appeared on the 1930 Census as the head of household at 13 Brighton Place, with Mary F as wife. Enumerated with him was Virginia Farish, mother-in-law.2 The value of the house was $9,100.2 Mint M Mays was an insurance broker in New York.2,4 He did not own a radio in 1930.2
