     The City Housing Corporation announced the sale of the house at 3 Burnham Place, Radburn to C N Frazer of Ridgewood.8

Cauldwell N Fraser was born in 1891 in New York.9 He married Lillian E in 1919.2,9 Cauldwell N Fraser was a special agent (fire insurance) in Newark.2,9 Cauldwell and his wife Lillian had a daughter Helen.9 Cauldwell N Fraser and Lillian E Fraser moved before 1933 from 3 Burnham Place to 321 Plaza Road North, then before 1935 to 326A Plaza Road North, and before 1941 to 17 Reading Terrace.3,4,7
