     The City Housing Corporation announced the sale of the house at 10 Burnham Place, Radburn to Walter Bender of East Orange.8

Walter Bender married Elizabeth.2 Walter Bender was an assistant sales manager in New York. But in 1933 he was a broker.2,3 Walter Bender moved before 1933 from 10 Burnham Place to 3 Bedford Place, and before 1941 to 201-C5 Abbott Road.3,7

Karl B Duerr married Edith M.3 Karl B Duerr was an (telegraph) engineer in New York.3,9 William Duerr was born circa 1927.10,11
