     The City Housing Corporation sold a residence at 8 Bolton Place, Radburn to Lewis E Davis from Manhattan.8 On 5 September 1930 the New York Times reported again that the City Housing Corporation sold the house at 8 Bolton Place, Radburn to Lewis E Davis.9
