     The City Housing Corporation sold the one-family house at 13 Bolton Place, Radburn to Walter K Hase.⁷

Walter K Hase was born in 1892 in New York.⁸ He married Ida in 1920.^2,8 Walter K Hase was an interior decorator in New York.^2,8 Walter and his wife Ida had two daughters, Elisabeth and Doris.⁸ Walter K Hase and Ida Hase moved before 1933 from 13 Bolton Place to 2 Bedford Place.³
