     The occupants of 350 Owen Avenue were
     from 1933-5: Raymond P Jacobs ^2,3
     and in 1937-41: John A. Merwin ^4,5,6
     It was not listed in the directory in 1931.⁷ It is not clear whether #350 was renumbered to 349 Owen Avenue (and later to 348), when the house next door was build, or if Mr Jacobs indeed moved next door between 1935 and 1937.^3,4

There is no information about Raymond P Jacobs, as he was never listed in the alphabetical directory.^2,6 Raymond P Jacobs moved before 1937 from 350 Owen Avenue to 349 Owen Avenue, but it is possible that this was simply a renumbering.⁴
