     The City Housing Corporation sold the house at 303 Plaza Road North, Radburn to Hugo S Goss of Brooklyn.9

Hugo Goss was born in 1897 in New York.2 He married Ida M in 1924.2 Hugo Goss appeared on the 1930 Census as the head of household at 303 Plaza Road North, with Ida M as wife, and their children Elizabeth J and Lois M.2 The value of the house was $8,500.2 Hugo Goss was a salesman in the egg market, and in 1931 an inspector in New York.2,3 He owned a radio in 1930.2 Hugo Goss was a Veteran of the World War.2 Hugo Goss moved before 1933 away from Radburn, as there was no longer an entry in the directory.4

Rollin T Brewer married Estelle P.4 Rollin T Brewer was an electrical engineer.4 Hawley A Brewer was born circa 1927.10,11 Hawley A Brewer graduated on 16 June 1944 from Ridgewood High School.10,11
