In 1933 he operated the Ridgewood Auto Laundry in the rear of 100 Chestnut Street in Ridgewood.2,1,3 He owned a radio in 1930.2 Walter S Platt and Gladys Platt moved before 1933 to Ridgewood.3

Emil H Zachmann married Annie H.3 Emil H Zachmann was a salesman.3 Mrs Annie H Zachman and Mrs Patricia B Russell were instructors in resp. German and French in the Adult Education courses, sponsored by the Carnegie Foundation and the American Association for Adult Education.8 Emil H Zachmann and Annie H Zachman moved before 1939 to South America.6
