     The City Housing Corporation sold the house at 333 Howard Ave, Radburn to B Walton Romefelt of Scarsdale.8

Bruce W Romefelt was born in 1898 in Tennessee.9 He married Mary in 1924.2,9 Bruce W was an assistant cashier in New York.2,9 Bruce and his wife Mary had three children, Walton, Nancy and Mary.9 Wolter Romefelt and Mary Romefelt moved before 1933 to Glen Rock.3 In the directories Bruce was called B Walton, or Wolter.2,3

Gordon C Young married Antoinette C.3 Gordon C Young was a fabric technician in New York.3 Before coming to Radburn Gordon lived in Paterson. He had first lived in an apartment on Plaza Road North (but was not listed in any directory).10 Gordon C Young moved before 1937 away from Radburn, as there was no longer an entry in the directory.4

James E Joynt was born on 11 December 1893 in Tennessee.11,12 He married Marjorie E in 1920.2,11 James E Joynt was a salesman (paper tags) in Newark.2,11 James and his wife Marjorie had one daughter Barbara.11 Before coming to Radburn James and Marjorie lived in Bloomfield.11 James E Joynt and Marjorie E Joynt moved before 1935 from 1 Reading Terrace to 333 Howard Ave, then before 1937 to 2 Randolph Terrace, and before 1941 to 352 High Street.4,5,7 James E Joynt died in October 1975 in Fair Lawn.12 Marjorie E Joynt was born on 24 September 1897 in New York.11,12

Lee Kolb married Edna.3 Lee Kolb was a manager in New York.3 Lee Kolb moved before 1935 from 8 Beekman Place to 201-A5 Abbott Road, and before 1937 to 333 Howard Ave.4,5 He moved before 1941 away from Radburn, as there was no longer an entry in the directory.7 Lee was also listed as Robert L or Lee Robert Kolb.6,5
