     The City Housing Corporation sold the house at 1 Reading Terrace, Radburn to James E Joynt.7

James E Joynt was born on 11 December 1893 in Tennessee.8,9 He married Marjorie E in 1920.1,8 James E Joynt was a salesman (paper tags) in Newark.1,8 James and his wife Marjorie had one daughter Barbara.8 Before coming to Radburn James and Marjorie lived in Bloomfield.8 James E Joynt and Marjorie E Joynt moved before 1935 from 1 Reading Terrace to 333 Howard Ave, then before 1937 to 2 Randolph Terrace, and before 1941 to 352 High Street.3,4,6 James E Joynt died in October 1975 in Fair Lawn.9 Marjorie E Joynt was born on 24 September 1897 in New York.8,9

Roger G Haas married Helen H.2,6 Roger G Haas was an engineer. After 1935 he was a traffic engineer at the Telephone Company.3,6,2
