     The City Housing Corporation sold the house at 345 Owen Avenue, Radburn to John W Rowe.8 On 23 September 1930 the an unknown place reported again that The City Housing Corporation sold the house at 345 Owen Avenue, an unknown place to John W Rowe.9

John W Rowe married Frances B.2 John W Rowe was a salesman.2 John W Rowe moved before 1939 from 345 Owen Avenue to 352 Owen Avenue.6
