     The City Housing Corporation sold the one-family house at 347 Owen Avenue, Radburn to John Casey.4 On 5 September 1930 the New York Times reported again that the City Housing Corporation sold the one-family house at 347 Owen Avenue, Radburn to John Casey.5

John Casey was born in 1887 in Missouri.6 He married Venita in 1913.6,2 347 Owen Avenue was associated with John Casey a jobber (electric), and later in advertising in 1930 in New York.2,6 John and his wife Venita had one daughter Kathleen.6
