     The City Housing Corporation sold a house at 313 Plaza Road North in Radburn to Paul O Angermann of Clifton.9

Paul O Angermann was born in 1867 in Germany.2 He married Emma in 1895.2 Paul Angermann appeared on the 1930 Census as the head of household at 313 Plaza Road North, with Emma as wife. Enumerated with him was Lena Ringklab, sister-in-law.2 The value of the house was $8,500.2 Paul O Angermann and Emma Angermann were the owners of a delicatessen at 105 Plaza Road N in Radburn.2,3 He owned a radio in 1930.2 Paul O Angermann and Emma Angermann moved before 1933 from 313 Plaza Road North to 302-H6 Highstreet.4

Harland P Prendergast married Ethel F.4 Harland P Prendergast was a salesman.4 Harland P Prendergast moved before 1941 from 313 Plaza Road North to 2 Randolph Terrace.8
