Elmer Mackey was born in 1890 in New York.2 Elmer Mackey appeared on the 1930 Census as the head of household at 315 Plaza Road North, with Lorena B as wife, and their child Ruth.2 The value of the house was $8,500.2 Elmer Mackey was a department head in a bank, and in 1931 a clerk in New York.2,3 He owned a radio in 1930.2 Elmer Mackey and Lorena B Mackey moved before 1933 from 315 Plaza Road North to 7 Ashburn Place, and before 1941 to 372 Owen Avenue.4,8 Elmer Mackey was the brother-in-law of William F Larkin, of 317 Plaza Road North.10,3,11

Hugh Armstrong married Mildred.4 Hugh Armstrong was salesman in New York.5 Hugh Armstrong moved before 1937 away from Radburn, as there was no longer an entry in the directory.6

Joseph F Kennedy was born in 1903 in New Jersey.12 He married Helen G in 1929.12 Joseph F Kennedy was an engineer (heating), later a civil or mechanical engineer in New York.12,3,4 He owned a radio in 1930.12 Joseph F Kennedy and Helen G Kennedy moved before 1933 from 201-D23 Abbott Road to 16B Townley Road, and before 1937 to 315 Plaza Road North.4,6
