It never did belong to Radburn proper, although it was located within the Radburn census district in 1930, and is still designated as Radburn in the 1931 and 1933 Directories.² This is located between Craig Road and Radburn Road, together with the residences of Cameron M. McCurdy and George W. Smith.²

John Burnhardt was born in 1877 in Germany.¹ He married Catherine in 1921.¹ John Barnhardt appeared on the 1930 Census as the head of household at (134/172) Fair Lawn Ave, with Catherina as wife. Enumerated with him was Jacob Englehardt, nephew, Sophie Plicknek, servant and Peter Koscak, boarder.¹ Jacob moved before 1931 away from Radburn, as there was never an entry in the directory.² The monthly rent was $45.-.¹ John Burnhardt died before 1935.³
