     The City Housing Corporation sold the one-family house at 318 Howard Ave, Radburn to Carolina A Mills of Jersey City.9

Romulo A Mills was born in 1856 in Canada.2 He married Berty L in 1887.2 Romulo A Mills appeared on the 1930 Census as the head of household at 318 Howard Ave, with Berty L as wife, and their children Carolina A and Susan B.2 The value of the house was $13,900.2 He owned a radio in 1930.2 Romulo A Mills and Berty L Mills moved before 1933 from 318 Howard Ave to Jersey City.4

Albert S Irving MD was born in 1901 in New York.10 He married Adele in 1928.10 Albert S Irving MD was a physician He also had an office in Newark.10,3,4 He owned a radio in 1930.10 Albert S Irving MD and Adele Irving moved before 1933 from 201-B4 Abbott Road to 318 Howard Ave.4 They moved before 1941 to Texas.8
