     The City Housing Corporation sold a dwelling at 319 Howard Ave, Radburn to Mrs Anna Beusmann, who had been occupying an apartment in the development.8

Mrs Anna Beusmann was the widow of Carl.2 No occupation was listed for Mrs Anna Beusmann.2 Mrs Anna Beusmann moved before 1935 away from Radburn, as there was no longer an entry in the directory.3

Harry W Cordes was born in 1893 in New York.9 He married Elizabeth D in 1920.9 Harry W Cordes was a (shipping, export) clerk in New York.9,7 He owned a radio in 1930.9 Harry W Cordes was a Veteran of the World War.9 Harry and his wife Elizabeth had two children; Harry and Virginia.9 Harry W Cordes moved before 1935 from 6 Arlington Place to 319 Howard Ave.3
